Podsplice Terms of Service

By accessing or using PodSplice (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

PodSplice provides tools for recording, editing, and publishing audio and video content, including integrations with third-party platforms such as YouTube.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Third-Party Services

PodSplice may integrate with third-party services. PodSplice is not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

PodSplice shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Podsplice Terms of Service

Third-Party Platform Integrations

Podsplice may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Canva, and other social media or content services. Users are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those third-party platforms when using Podsplice integrations.

12. YouTube API Services

Podsplice uses YouTube API Services to provide optional video publishing, live-streaming, broadcast-management, and live-chat features.

By using any Podsplice feature that accesses YouTube API Services, you acknowledge that the feature uses YouTube API Services and agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

Your use of these features is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service at https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service.

When you connect your YouTube account, you authorize Podsplice to perform only the actions permitted by the Google permissions you approve and the actions you request within Podsplice. These actions may include creating and managing live broadcasts, associating streams with broadcasts, uploading or managing videos, reading live-chat messages, and posting replies that you compose and submit.

You are responsible for the videos, broadcasts, graphics, comments, replies, and other content you transmit through Podsplice. You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to use and distribute that content and that your use complies with applicable laws, the YouTube Terms of Service, and YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

You may revoke Podsplice’s access at any time through Podsplice’s connection controls or through your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Revoking access may disable YouTube-connected features but will not automatically delete content already stored by YouTube.

YouTube is a third-party service operated independently from Podsplice. Podsplice cannot guarantee the availability, performance, quotas, policies, or continued operation of YouTube API Services and is not responsible for interruptions or changes controlled by YouTube or Google.
